Robert Chester "Bob" Trull was born on March 11th, 1893 to Robert "Bob" Trull and Lizzie Medlin in North Carolina.

Annie Mae Shuman was born on April 20th, 1896 to Charles Augustus Shuman and Margaret Elizabeth "Lizzie" Beatty in Monroe, Union Co., NC.

There are multiple Robert Trulls in this line. For sake of clarity, I will be referring to this Robert Trull (husband of Annie Mae Shuman) as R. C. and his father as Bob.

R. C. was raised by the Broom sisters, who operated a boarding house in Monroe; I believe that he was born out of wedlock. I have detailed this conclusion on Bob and Lizzie's page.
